River City Planning’s partial planning package is designed specifically to alleviate the stress of planning, leaving you free to enjoy your day. This package includes comprehensive assistance, such as accommodating final venue walk-throughs, around-the-clock access via email and text, and vendor referrals. We also attend vendor meetings, ensure full communication with all vendors, and offer budget planning assistance. Additionally, we create a final payment chart, assist with coordinating and planning the rehearsal dinner, offer RSVP tracking, create seating charts, and organize decor.

Our Package Plan

As your wedding day approaches, our head coordinator will start organizing all the details four weeks out. A rough draft of the day's timeline and floor plan will be sent to you for review.
Three to two weeks prior, we confirm vendor arrival times and finalize any remaining details.
One week prior, we send the final floor plan and timeline to all vendors and the venue.
We also offer ceremony rehearsal of up to one hour spent with the bridal party (including potential introduction rehearsal).
Clients are welcome to provide any decor to the Head Coordinator during this period.
